This Privacy Policy describes how SeeSharp Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (the "Distributor" or "we"), as the developer and distributor of the FLITs software platform, collects, uses, and shares information. The FLITs software ("Service") is designed to assist pre-existing service franchise or outlet businesses in managing their workforce and customers. SeeSharp Solutions Sdn. Bhd. does not provide any franchise services directly and does not utilize the software internally for franchise service.

By using our Service, whether you are an administrator (representing a franchisee or outlet service business), a agent, or a customer, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.

We collect information to provide and improve our Service. The types of information we collect depend on how you interact with the FLITs platform:

a. Information You Provide Directly

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your First Name, Last Name, email address, phone number, password, and role (admin, agent, customer).
  • Franchisor/Franchisee/Outlet: If you are a Franchisor/Franchisee/Outlet owner/operator: We collect the following:
    • Compulsory: Your First Name, Last Name, email address, mobile number, and address.
    • Optional: Home phone number, date of birth, and identification number (e.g., national ID, passport number).
    • We may also collect additional information such as your qualifications, certifications, background check information (where applicable and with your consent), payment details, and emergency contact information.
  • Customer Information: If you are a customer we collect the following:
    • Compulsory: Your First Name, Last Name, email address, mobile number, and address (as services are provided at your location).
    • Optional: Home phone number, date of birth, and identification number (e.g., national ID, passport number).
    • We also collect your specific needs or preferences relevant to the services and payment information.
  • Job/Task Details: Admins create and manage job details which may include customer names, addresses, service requirements, dates, and times. Agents may provide notes, photos, videos, and notes related to completed tasks.
  • Communications: We collect information from your communications with us, such as customer support inquiries, feedback, or other interactions on the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Manage the Service:
    • To create and manage user accounts (admins, agents, customers).
    • To facilitate job creation, assignment, acceptance, and management.
    • To enable agents to provide services at designated locations, dates, and times.
    • To allow agents to capture and store photos, videos, and notes related to tasks.
    • To process payments and manage billing.
    • To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
  • To Improve and Customize the Service:
    • To understand how users interact with the platform and identify areas for improvement.
    • To develop new features and functionalities.
    • To personalize your experience on the platform.
  • For Safety and Security:
    • To verify user identities and prevent fraud or unauthorized access.
    • To monitor and enforce our terms of service and policies.
    • To ensure the safety and well-being of agents and customers.
  • For Communication:
    • To send you service-related notifications, updates, and administrative messages.
    • To send marketing and promotional communications (you can opt-out at any time).
  • For Legal and Compliance:
    • To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.

  • Within the FLITs Platform:
    • Admins and Agents: Admins can view agent and customer profiles, job details, and task-related media and notes. Agents can view relevant customer details for accepted jobs (e.g., name, address,..etc).
    • Agents and Customers: Agents providing services will have access to necessary customer information, and customers may see relevant details for their assigned tasks.
  • Service Providers: We engage third-party companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, payment processing, analytics, customer support, and IT services. These service providers have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
  • Legal Compliance and Protection: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
    • Comply with a legal obligation.
    • Protect and defend the rights or property of SeeSharp Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
